2.1 We offer website design and development tailored to your business. Services may also include hosting setup, maintenance, updates, and support where agreed.
2.2 Additional services or features may be discussed and agreed upon separately.
3.1 A 50% deposit is required before work begins.
3.2 The remaining 50% balance is due once the website is completed and approved, before the site is launched live.
3.3 All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
4.1 Legal Operation: By using our services, you confirm that you have the legal right to operate your business and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Content Accuracy: You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of all content on your website.
4.3 Legal Rights for Provided Content: Any content, images, fonts, or materials you provide must be legally yours to use. You must have the appropriate rights or permissions.
5.1 You agree to indemnify and hold ScaleUpSites harmless from any legal claims or disputes arising from the content you provide or the operation of your business.
5.2 While we strive to keep your website running smoothly, downtime or interruptions may occur. We are not responsible for any losses or costs incurred due to downtime.
6.1 Once full payment has been made, you retain full ownership of your website and domain.
6.2 If you decide to move away from our services, we will provide you with the necessary files to transfer your website to another host.
6.3 You retain ownership of any domain name registered or managed on your behalf by ScaleUpSites.
7.1 Either party may terminate the project at any time.
7.2 If you terminate the service after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if work has not begun a full refund will be issued.
7.3 If ScaleUpSites terminates the service, we will provide 14 days’ notice and, if applicable, supply files for transfer.
8.1 Upon launch, we can register your website with Google and optimise it for search engines.
8.2 While we ensure your site is search-ready, achieving high rankings takes time and may require additional promotion or advertising.
9.1 You can reach us via phone, email, or video call. Email is the most reliable method of communication.
9.2 We aim to resolve any technical issues or errors as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours, and strive to complete content or update requests within 7 days.
10.1 These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
